  We provide professional bartender training to any level of service, with all our instructors coming from a bar management background.

We offer three principal areas of training, each fully customised to your business:

Basic Bar Service
These sessions are aimed primarily at new businesses, equipping the team with the basic skills necessary to run the bar with efficiency and professionalism. Bartenders are taught to serve basic drinks, (spirits, bottles, draught, wine and softs), and are trained in hygiene, health and safety and alcohol law. Areas covered:

Advanced Bar Service

These sessions are ideal for a competent bar that wishes to increase sales. Bartenders are trained to use multi-service techniques and ergonomics to increase efficiency of service. Areas covered:

Product Knowledge



Cocktail Training

These comprehensive sessions cover all levels of service, either training a new bar to prepare and serve well-balanced cocktails, or providing experienced bartenders with advanced cocktail theory and product knowledge. These sessions are ideal for any bar team that generally wants to up their game.
